What happens after I sign up for a call?

You will receive a confirmaiton email for the time and date you picked for the call. We will also reach out to you via email with appointment forms that need to be completed no less than 48 hours before your appointment.
What information do you need from me?

Please complete your Appointment Form (you will see it on the page after the payment) with as much detail as possible. Additionally, our team will be in touch with you within 24 hours to provide you with an intake form and further details. If you have information from your doctors, such as labs, be sure to email them to us 48 hours prior to your appointment.
What if I change my mind about the call?
Question Three
We allow a 24-hour cooling period once the purchase has been made, as long as the call has not taken place during that time and we did not start the intake process. However, the fee becomes non-refundable thereafter. Fees are non-refundable once you begin to receive services.
What if I need to reschedule a call?
Question Four
We respect your and our time. All call reschedules must happen no less than 48 hours prior to the call, otherwise we charge a $75 rescheduling fee.
