If they are choose a payment plan, inquire if the same credit card will be used for all payments. If it is, set them up with a payment plan. If not, collect first payment, and we will set them up with the rest.
Customer's Address can be obtained from CRM (Agile) while they are preparing their credit card. (Look on the LEFT SIDE panel toward the bottom.)
IMPORTANT: when collecting DEPOSITS, remind them that fees are non-refundable.
Read the client's credit card information back to them to ensure accuracy of information, to prevent CC payment being declined.
Once payment collection is entered, get their permission RECORDED to run the charge.
IMPORTANT: If customer is making a full payment and payment gets denied, ask if they are using a DEBIT CARD, or if they have a daily limit. If they do, they can call the bank, while you are holding, to increase daily spending limit.
